This disappeared in seconds. I doubled the recipe and made in a 9 x 13 pan for my family of 7. I got a very small piece and had to hide a portion for my son still at football practice. Next time I will make two 9 x 13 pans but I still don't think I'll have any leftovers. I keep taco meat already made in the freezer, so this was quick and simple too. Thanks!!

the family liked it very well, I put chopped jalapeno peppers instead of olives.

My husband and I enjoyed this recipe very much. Next time I will use some refried beans as a layer as well. The corn chips were a interesting twist on this dish. I will make this again and again, a new favorite!

My husband and I both really liked this recipe. He thought it was an interesting take on tacos. He loved the corn chips and the "pie dough". I served it with a green salad and it was filling. The ONLY change I made, was I thought that cheddar cheese was a better choice than American. I will make this again and again, as it was easy and fairly cheap to make.

Wow, this recipe was fabulous! Better than expected even and I expected it to rock! It was so easy too! FOR SURE going to be a regular item in my house!!!

Very easy, and quite delicious! My family kept telling me how much they enjoyed it. If your family likes tacos they are guarenteed to love this recipe! Yummy!
