Super Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Comfort food doesn't get much tastier--or easier--than this. Convenient refrigerated pie crust and canned soup make it so easy.

I think its fine.I am a bit amazed at the other reviews though.People complained there wasnt enough chicken, etc. They opened the soup, they mixed it,saw how much chicken was in it when they opened it and didnt add any then.I guess they assumed some chicken would suddenly appear and the peas would disappear.I am always amazed when I read reviews like that. Its almost like they dont read the ingredient list first or add this and that to it and wonder why it didnt turn out. Most who complain added something the recipe did not call for but blame the recipe or pillsbury. If you are going to make this please use common sense.

Well, I can say the crust came out awesome and very delicious. The inside however was not desireable one bit. Not enough juice, not enough meat, and the peas, yeah I can do without them. I think next time I make this I will have a rotisserie chicken on hand to make sure it is really meaty and maybe not add any flour at all.

I could not find the vegetables the recipe called for, so I added a 15 ounce can of no salt added green beans. It did not fill the pie shell enough, so I took two 15 ounce oval pyrex dishes. I lined each with one of the pie crusts, letting the extra hang over the edge, filled each with the filling, and then folded the extra pie crust over the top, I made a couple of slits in the top of each to vent steam. I baked each according to the recipe. I then had enough for two with no leftovers. It turned out perfect. I liked the fact that the soup did not have onions in it, as I am not a big fan of them. I really liked how it turned out, and will send this to my daugther at college, as it is really easy to make. Thanks for always having quick and easy meal ideas that save me time.

I just made this dish the other night for me and the guys. They really dug it but I wasn't jazzed about the lack of chicken. It was overall a filling meal.

I just made this dish today, and it came out fantastic! some other reviews claim there is not enough chicken but i think there is. the chicken and veggie proportions were great for me. and it wasnt "runny" either. actually next time i make it i will leave out the flour, i actually like my pot pies a little runny. isn't that how its supposed to be anyway?

Really good! Even better the next day, after letting it all sit together overnight the flavor is yummy!! One of those things that's better the next day. The only thing I didn't like was how soupy it was when I cooked it and tried to eat it, I let it sit for almost 10 min and it was still runny when he moved it to a tupperware! Good though!!

Not bad. Super easy to prepare. Couldn''t find the Progresso Chicken Pot Pie style soup at the grocery store, they seemed to have every flavor except that particular one so I substituted with Chicken Corn Chowder instead. Family enjoyed it! I enjoyed how easy it was to prepare.
