Super Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Comfort food doesn't get much tastier--or easier--than this. Convenient refrigerated pie crust and canned soup make it so easy.

This was the easiest pot pie I've ever made! About 15 minutes to assemble and 30 minutes in the oven. I made it vegetarian by using a chunky vegetarian soup and seasoned with a little curry to spice it up. The soup was plenty thick so didn't use the flour to thicken. I plan to make again this weekend for a potluck dinner with friends.

Its just like the title describes it... It is Super Easy Chicken Pot Pie. Having the crust pre-made is awesome and its flaky goodness tastes so delicious! Doesn't take long to prepare or bake. The only thing I suggest is to maybe add more than 2Tbsp of flour to the soup to make it thicker because it was a little too runny/brothy for me... Other than that a great/easy recipe. I would definitely make it again.

I made this for the first time last fall, it was so good my family asked me to make it again the next day. Since then I've made it at least once a month every month. One thing, I do add left over chicken and omit the flour.

This was easy to follow and fun to try. It is actually enough for two pies. So I had to run back to the store and get another pie crust. I had hoped my kids would of eaten more of it, but my husband was impressed and liked it. My sister was very happy to have a chicken pot pie brought to her house for dinner. The crust was flacky and delicious. Would be perfect to prepare ahead of time and place in frig. and heat up right before dinner. Love it.

This chicken pot pie is wonderful. After a long day at work, it's nice to be able to fix something nutritious and tasty. Sometimes there's even a little extra for lunch the next day. Guests are always amazed at how simple it is to make. Thank You Pillsbury!

This was awesome! I surprised my husband with this dinner and he was so impressed with how delicious it was! I didn't have the pie dough so instead of going to the store I used a can of crescent rolls (8oz). I put three on the bottom and the rest on the top. It really turned out good.

I have modified the recipe a bit. I bought the pie crusts but I cut up a whole rotisserie chicken and added a large can of store-bought gravy. I just added a package of frozen vegies to that(ones I actually like) and it came out great! just thought i'd put the recipe on here so other people can try it, it is super-easy and you can put your own touch on it. enjoy!
