Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed, undrained
  • 3 cups 100% tangerine juice (made from frozen concentrate)
  • 2 bottles (750 ml each) champagne or 7 cups club soda, chilled
  • 12 strawberries with stems, if desired

Steps

  • 1
Place strainer over medium bowl; pour strawberries with syrup into strainer. Press berries with back of spoon through strainer to remove seeds; discard seeds.
  • 2
In nonmetal bowl or pitcher, mix strawberry puree, tangerine juice and champagne; stir gently. Serve over ice in stemmed goblets. Garnish each glass with strawberry half.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Make one batch with champagne and one with club soda so kids can enjoy the "bubbly," too.
  • tip 2
These mouthwatering mimosas don't require an expensive champagne to taste delicious--tangerine juice is the main flavor.
