This recipe is a hit with my family. The first time I made it the goat cheese was a tad strong. The second time I made them I substituted the sun-dried tomates for dried cranberries. The sweet/tartness offset the cheese very nicely. It's amazing something with so much flavor is soooo easy to make!!

HELP, HELP!!! I'm so disappointed! The grocery store didn't have goat's cheese, so I substituted feta cheese. The feta cheese with the sun dried tomatoes made the filling so salty, the appetizer wasn't edible. This was a dry run I did for my party next week, luckily. I love the biscuit. Now, what kind of filling can I put in there....cheddar w/something? or cream cheese, or what? No more feta and tomatoes for me. I need to get this receipe down, quick! Thanks!

I used 1/2 the mayo suggested and substituted fat free sour cream in its place. Didn't lose any consistency or flavor. Tried it again using phyllo shells (naughty word on this website!) and cooked them on 350 for 8-9 minutes. Were also delicious!

This was a great party pleaser. I made a double batch and there wasn't one left. Please kept asking for the receipe. It creates a great flavor with the goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. I used prepared pesto and not the dried which worked out great.

I just made these appetizers for a dinner party and everyone loved them. I made them up a day in advance and put them in the freezer. I defrosted them the day of the dinner and put them into the microwave for a couple of minutes to rehead them. They didn''t lose a bit of flavor and although the filling contains mayonnaise, there was no change in the texture either. We really enjoyed these and intend to have more for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Excellent recipe...tried it at a family party and they raved and wanted the recipe...except I broke up the dough to make enough for 24 and used bottled pesto ...next time I might try with feta also!

This recipe was wonderful, I have made these several times for parties but use the pre-made phyllo shells instead...they disappear so quickly!Love it!!!!
