I made this for a party recently and it was not popular. I found the taste to be too strong and since there were many left over I guess my guests did not like them either. Since I now have half a jar of sundried tomato pesto left over I might try subsituting cream cheese for the goat cheese as some reviewers suggested.

Garlic and herb goat cheese makes this extra tasty.

Very good and a huge hit with my extended family; everyone wanted the recipe! Made the filling the night before and these were very flavorful. Will definitely make this one again.

I took some of the above advice and used cream cheese...a good choice. I also added fresh minced basil and it added flavor. I doubled the filling recipe also to have extra...I got a lot of compliments! Thanks...

These were just OK. Not a lot of substance or flavor.

Really great concept, but I didn't think they had much flavor as is. I would agree with some of the other suggestions of using Sun Dried Tomatoe Pesto, or more tomatoes or something.

Great flavor. We took them to a party recently and everyone really liked them. I did add more filling than suggested. The original filling to biscuit ratio seemed a bit light. Might also be good with phyllo instead of biscuit with the original amount of filling.
