cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoon chopped fresh chives

teaspoons chopped fresh or 3/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

teaspoon onion salt

hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Lettuce leaves

slices herb or whole wheat bread

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except lettuce and bread.
  2. 2 Place lettuce leaf on 4 of the bread slices. Spoon egg mixture onto lettuce. Top with remaining bread.
