Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In small bowl, using fork, mix all ingredients except twists and icing.
Form each twist into pretzel shape. Set icing aside. Top pretzel twists with sugar mixture, pressing in lightly.
Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes.
Remove cover from icing; microwave on Medium (50%) 5 to 10 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over warm pretzel twists. Serve warm.
