This recipe is amazing...! I make this recipe year round as everyone loves it; when we are asked over to dinner- this is the recipe I go to... it's a quick easy go to dessert! Here is a hint... when cranberries are in season just buy a big bag of fresh cranberries and put them in the freezer, so you can make this recipe throughout the year... ENJOY!!!

I made this for an afternoon Santa party and it was such a hit that I made it again for dinner guests that evening. The following week I made it 2 more times and was amazing each time. I got so many compliments on it that this will be a regular dessert at our home. My husband and the kids loved it too. Enjoy!

This turned out amazing! However, I couldn't find cranberries at this time of year, so I substituted fresh raspberries. It was quite a hit at Easter dinner! It will definitely become a staple with my family.

This recipe it very quick and easy to make. The pears I used were very ripe and sweet and I wish I had reduced the amount of sugar for the filling by half because it was a little sweet for my taste, but overall a great recipe. Also, I did not have fresh or frozen cranberrys so I used dried ones and they worked great.
