Strawberry-Sugar Cookie Milkshakes

cup low-fat (2% or 1%) milk

heaping tablespoon strawberry preserves

to 3 baked Pillsbury™ refrigerated sugar cookies (from 16-oz roll)

cups vanilla bean ice cream
Additional strawberry preserves

Directions

  1. 1 In blender, place milk, 1 heaping tablespoon strawberry preserves and 2 to 3 baked cookies. Cover; blend about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. 2 Add ice cream; blend again until milkshake is well blended.
  3. 3 Drizzle additional strawberry preserves down inner wall of 1 large cup or 4 individual cups. Fill cup or cups with milkshake. If using large cup, add 4 straws.
