Strawberry Spinach Salad with Yogurt Poppy Seed Dressing

The poppy seed dressing also makes a nice topping for sliced bananas and pineapple chunks.

cup low-fat strawberry yogurt

teaspoon poppy seed

SALAD

cups torn fresh spinach

cups sliced strawberries

cup chopped pecans
  • 1 In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well.
  • 2 Line 4 individual salad plates with spinach. Arrange strawberries over spinach. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon pecans. Drizzle dressing over salad.
