AndraJ321, it says to cut 3 large and 3 small circles from each crust for a total of 6 each.

Why does it say it makes 6 pies but there are only directions to cut 3 large circles and 3 small circles? Is one serving only 1/2 of a pie? Do you double the filling to make 6 pies?

Why does it have to be served warm? I would like to bake these and take them to work. Should I be able to warm them up in the microwave before serving? And nothing against Pillsbury, but I make my own crust.

Since I can't find frozen rhubarb, does anyone know if I use fresh, it should be cooked first or put in raw??

I plan to make mini pies. To answer question for designcreature, water is not needed in pan/dish custard cups are placed in. The pan is used to catch drips from custard cups in case cups bubble over sides. Be sure to use size of pan required in recipe to allow for proper spacing between custard cups and even baking.
