Strawberry Dressing

container (6 oz) Greek Fat Free strawberry yogurt

cup fresh strawberries

Salad

cups bite-size pieces mixed salad greens

cups halved or sliced fresh strawberries

cup mango chunks

cup thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings

cup pecan halves, toasted
  • 1 In blender, place dressing ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth.
  • 2 On 4 salad plates, arrange salad greens, strawberries, mango and red onion. Pour dressing over salads; sprinkle with pecans.
