Strawberry Mango Mint Sundaes

Sweet strawberries, juicy mango and fresh mint are married together and topped with ice cream and toasted pistachios - a simple yet delicious dessert ready in just 15 minutes.

cups chopped peeled mango

tablespoons agave nectar or honey

tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves

cups sliced fresh strawberries

cups vanilla ice cream

teaspoons chopped pistachio nuts, toasted
  • 1 In food processor, place 1 cup mango and the nectar. Cover; process until smooth. Stir in mint.
  • 2 In medium bowl, gently mix remaining 1 cup mango, the strawberries and mango-mint sauce. Spoon 1 cup strawberry mixture into each of 4 dessert dishes; top each with 1/3 cup ice cream and 2 teaspoons nuts.
