Ingredients

cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/4
cup granulated sugar

teaspoon grated lime peel

Pillsbury™ Grands!™ frozen southern-style biscuits (from 25-oz bag)

tablespoon granulated sugar
1
cup whipping cream
2
tablespoons powdered sugar
1
cup sliced peeled kiwifruit

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, mix strawberries, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and the lime peel. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, heat oven to 375°F. On ungreased cookie sheet, place biscuits with sides touching. Sprinkle tops with 1 tablespoon granulated sugar. Bake 26 to 28 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
  3. 3 In chilled small bowl, beat whipping cream and powdered sugar with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Stir kiwifruit into strawberry mixture.
  4. 4 To serve, split biscuits. Spoon fruit mixture and whipped cream onto biscuit bottoms; replace tops.
