1: Box Pillsbury Strawberry Cake Mix

1: cup Buttermilk

4: eggs

1/3: cup oil

1: package Golden Oreo Cookies

: Vanilla Frosting

: Fresh Strawberrys for garnish

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Quarter 24 Golden Oreo cookies and set aside.
3 Place half of a cookie, cream side up, in the bottom of your cupcake liner.
4 Combine cake mix, buttermilk, oil and eggs. Gently fold in the oreos cookie pieces.
5 Spoon batter into cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
6 Bake approximately 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
7 Cool completely and then frost.
8 Top with vanilla frosting, sprinkle with crushed oreo cookie.
9 Garnish with fresh strawberries.
