EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Try a different fruit—apples, pears, blueberries or blackberries would work.

Serve the biscuits with whipped cream or caramel topping instead of chocolate syrup.

You can use part of a block of cream cheese, cut into cubes, rather than cream cheese spread. Then place 1 or 2 cubes on each biscuit round.

I made these this morning. They were very good. I changed a couple of things. First I spread out the cream cheese a little onto the round. so that you weren't eating a chunk of cream cheese. Then I added the 2 tablespoons of sugar into the berries. As long as your going to use them right away it is ok, because otherwise you will start to get the liquid from the berries. I had just a little in the bottom of the bowl when I finished.
