Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease ovenproof 10-inch skillet. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, jam and sugar with whisk (mixture will be lumpy).
Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into fourths. Place in bowl with cream cheese mixture. Toss to evenly coat each biscuit piece. Place biscuit pieces in skillet in single layer.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve with strawberries and whipped cream.
