package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1
cup strawberry jam
1/4
cup sugar
1
can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers refrigerated biscuits
Fresh strawberries
Whipped cream

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease ovenproof 10-inch skillet. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, jam and sugar with whisk (mixture will be lumpy).
  • 2 Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into fourths. Place in bowl with cream cheese mixture. Toss to evenly coat each biscuit piece. Place biscuit pieces in skillet in single layer.
  • 3 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • 4 Serve with strawberries and whipped cream.

Expert Tips

The strawberry jam can be replaced with any other jam of your preference, like blackberry or raspberry.

Monkey bread is best served freshly baked; however, it can be reheated the next day in a 200°F oven or in the microwave.

the flavor was good but the consistency was weird.
