It's a cheesecake that you can drink! Thick, creamy milkshake made with vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries, topped with cracker crumbs and whipped cream – ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 slice (3 oz) frozen cheesecake (from 5.6-oz box), chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream topping (from aerosol can)
  • 1 to 2 graham cracker squares, crushed
  • Whole strawberries, if desired

Steps

    In blender, place ice cream, sliced strawberries, milk, strawberry syrup, vanilla and chopped cheesecake. Cover; blend on medium speed about 1 minute until smooth. (Blender will be full; blend in 2 batches, if necessary.)

    Pour into 4 tall glasses. Top each shake with whipped cream topping; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Garnish with whole strawberries.

    If fresh strawberries are not in season, substitute frozen unsweetened whole strawberries. You may need to add a bit more milk to thin the milkshake, because frozen fruit will deliver a thicker consistency.
