My 2 yr old and 5 year "helped" me make these and had a ball. So quick & easy! We added a small slice of cream cheese and used "simply real fruit" roll ups. Adults and kids alike loved these... Definitely will make again.

General Mills owns Betty Crocker & Pillsbury. So it is their product

Umm... really? The recipe is FROM Pillsbury... do you really think they would promote someone else's products? Quitcha!

This was quick, easy, and delicious. My kids loved it! I also tried using cream cheese and strawberry preserves and that turned out messy, so I stuck with just the fruit roll up.

How about some real fruit or 100% fruit spread thrown in for healthy measure??? Your children will thank you years later when they have years added to their lives.

Does the fruit roll-up solidify after baking or does it stay soft? Thanks

I used store-brand fruit squares which were a bit thicker than BC Fruit Roll-Ups. They didn't melt as well, but the taste was yummy. Next time I'd use a thinner roll-up or maybe jam.

This is quite good and easy to make. I like the suggestions of maybe trying a flavored jam or cream cheese next time as there will be a next time to make these.
