cup sliced fresh strawberries

tablespoons sugar

tablespoon butter, melted

teaspoon sugar

Pillsbury™ Grands!™ mini frozen buttermilk biscuits (from 25.1 oz bag)

cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine strawberries and 2 tablespoons sugar; set aside.
  2. 2 Bake biscuits as directed on bag. Brush tops of baked biscuits with butter; sprinkle with ½ teaspoon sugar. Cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Split biscuits horizontally. Top bottom halves of biscuits with strawberry mixture and whipped topping; top with biscuit tops.
