Heat oven to 375°F. Bake biscuits as directed on bag; place on cooling rack. Cool 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix milks and cream until smooth; set aside. Place warm biscuits in 2 individual shallow serving bowls, cut sides up. Drizzle milk mixture slowly over cut sides of each biscuit; let stand 10 minutes to absorb.
Top each serving with strawberry slices and almonds and whipped cream topping, if desired.
