Ingredients

  • 1 (3/4-lb.) pork tenderloin, cut into thin bite-sized strips
  • 5 oz. Japanese or Chinese curly noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups frozen sugar snap peas
  • 1/3 cup purchased Korean teriyaki stir-fry sauce

    Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until browned and no longer pink.

    Add noodles and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 3 minutes. Add peas; mix well. Cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes or until peas are crisp-tender.

    Add stir-fry sauce; mix well. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
