lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces

medium baby portabella or regular white mushrooms

medium orange, red or yellow bell pepper, cut into 16 (1-inch) pieces

can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce
1 1/2
teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning

Garnishes, If Desired

Chopped fresh parsley or other herbs

  • 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. On each of 4 (15-inch) metal skewers*, alternately thread steak, mushroom and bell pepper. In small bowl, mix cooking sauce and steak seasoning.
  • 2 Place kabobs on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 12 to 14 minutes or until beef is of desired doneness, turning once and brushing frequently with cooking sauce mixture.
  • 3 Heat remaining cooking sauce mixture to boiling; boil 1 minute, stirring frequently. Serve kabobs with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
