Expert Tips

Soaking bamboo skewers before using prevents them from burning in the oven.

Sriracha sauce can be found in the international aisle of most grocery stores as well as in Asian food markets.

this was amazing! the best bacon I have ever had. I am not even a huge bacon person but I ate six slices of this. we love sriracha so I doubled the amount of sriracha and maple and really put a lot on the bacon. I also didn't use the skewers because I was just cooking it for home and not to serve at a party. I have already made it twice in one week! I will be making this forever :)
