I made this recipe as an appetizer for a large adult family gathering. It was as good if not better than I expected. My sister doesn't like fruit in her salad but thought it was wonderful. I can't wait to serve it to my grandchildren. I'll bet they'll eat well that meal. I highly recommend.

Made this as a healthy addition to our family Thanksgiving dinner. Followed recipe exactly as is and it was easy, simple and delicious. Definitely a keeper.

This salad was excellent. It was a big hit at our work thanksgiving luncheon. Definitely a keeper. I had to substitue apple-cranberry juice concentrate since I could not find plain juice but it was still great and had a nice light pink color which mathed the fruit in the salad. Very festive looking.

I made this for Easter last year. It was a big hit. I candied the nuts, a trick I learned from a restaurant I like. It really adds some omph to a salad that's great from the start.

I made this salad for our office party and it was a big hit. Everyone loved it. Here is a tip, mix the dressing with the spinach before serving, if not the spinach will get soggy.

I made this salad for a "fresh and healthy" addition to our Thanksgiving feast and it was a big hit. I used pecans instead of walnuts because I like them better and reduced fat mayo and it still tasted great.

Took this to family Thanksgiving dinner. Usually, whatever I bring seems to be met with slight enthusiasm. This, however, got rave reviews, with not a spinach leaf left! I used 1 Granny Smith apple with 1 Jonathan to give it a bit more tart.

This recipe is perfect to take to a party. I just mixed the apple mixture with a bag of spinach when I arrived at the party. Everyone was very impressed and there were no leftovers!

I liked this recipe because not only was it healthy, but it was quick and easy to put together. I halved it, and I used about 1 tbsp Gala Apple Juice instead of the concentrate, and it was just delicious. I will make this again..often. Thanks!
