Ingredients

oz. (1 1/2 cups) uncooked rotini (spiral pasta)

lb. cooked peeled deveined medium shrimp

cups torn fresh spinach

cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4
cup purchased fat-free creamy Parmesan salad dressing

tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh basil

Directions

  1. 1 Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.
  2. 2 In large bowl, combine cooked rotini, shrimp, spinach and tomatoes. Pour salad dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with basil.
