Loved it! I only used 1 cup half & half and I'm glad. It took a while to get it not to be runny. Or use a filth egg if using that much half & half. But I think I would of overflowed the deep dish pie shell if I did that.

Any ideas on a substitute for the Feta?

Made this Quiche for my Homemakers group breakfast. It was a hit. Everyone wanted the recipe and said it was the best Quiche they've eaten. Told them how easy it was to prepare. I could not find the smoked turkey sausage and used pepperoni slices cut into quarters. Used fat free half and half, also. Will definately make again.

I love this recipe but I use Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage instead.

Excellent. Substituted cooked ground sausage (Jimmy Dean) for the smoked turkey sausage and it was great.

Wonderful, I used zucchini instead of sausage..It was the hit of the party, besides the new baby! I will defiantly make this almost weekly.

My family, including two manly men, loved this quiche. Try it; you won't be disappointed!
