Ingredients

cups frozen cut leaf spinach

(8-oz.) can water chestnuts, drained, finely chopped

tablespoons chopped green onions

(1.4-oz.) pkg. dry vegetable soup mix

cups sour cream
1/2
cup mayonnaise

Directions

  1. 1 Cook spinach as directed on package; drain well.
  2. 2 In medium bowl, combine spinach and all remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
  3. 3 Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or crackers.
