Hello, I'm the one who created this recipe. If you would like them more moist, use double ricotta and sour cream. If you like more flavor, double the onion powder and triple the garlic powder. I have tried this and it is good.

What a hit these were! So quick and easy to make. I am not sure why the other reviewer found them to be a little bland. They are full of flavor. I made them as an appetizer for Thanksgiving Dinner and they didn't last long. The next day everyone was looking for more, had to make a second batch.

I thought this recipe was mediocre. I was a little disappointed. I really had to try to taste the flavor, they definitely don't burst with flavor, they are a little bland.

I made these yesterday for Christmas Eve dinner. I have always made spinach balls, but wanted something different this year. WOW! My 15-year old son and I made a double batch of these. They were a big hit. I used a small (No. 18) food scoop (like an ice cream scoop with the little lever to push it out) to keep the size consistent. I ended up with 96 of these little gems. I will be making them again for a New Year's open house!
