Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain. In medium bowl, mix cooked sausage, spinach, 3/4 cup of the cheese and 2 teaspoons of the garlic paste.
Unroll 1 can of dough; press to 16x9-inch rectangle. With pizza cutter, cut dough into 12 squares. Place 1 generous tablespoon spinach mixture in center of each square. Bring 4 corners together to overlap slightly in the center at top of each bundle. Twist and pinch to seal, leaving small gaps between seams. Transfer bundles to ungreased cookie sheets. Repeat with remaining can of dough and filling.
Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until golden brown, rotating cookie sheets halfway through bake time. Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, heat whipping cream. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Add wine, remaining 1/2 cup of the cheese, remaining 1 teaspoon of the garlic paste and 1/8 teaspoon pepper; stirring constantly with wire whisk until cheese is melted. Remove from heat; cool slightly to thicken.
To serve, spoon cream sauce in center of plate and top with bundles.
