To roast turkey in oven, place in uncovered shallow roasting pan; bake at 375°F. for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, brushing occasionally with marmalade mixture.
When grilling, maintain the heat throughout the cooking time. After filling the grill with hot coals, light more coals in a charcoal starter so you have extra to add when heat goes down. Or add 8 to 10 coals to the hot coals in the grill just before putting on the turkey.
Reduce grilling time by microwaving the stuffed turkey breast on HIGH for about 10 minutes before immediately placing it on the grill. To complete cooking, grill the microwaved turkey breast for 10 to 20 minutes.
