boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of fat, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

bags (19 oz each) Green Giant® Create a Meal!® frozen stir-fry lo mein meal starter

tablespoons peanut butter
2
tablespoons lime juice
2
to 4 teaspoons chili puree with garlic

  • 1 Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet or wok with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add contents of meal starter. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, sauce chips are melted and pork is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine peanut butter, lime juice and chili puree; blend well.
  • 3 Add peanut butter mixture to skillet; cook and stir until thoroughly heated.

This recipe isn''t bad, I just didn''t care for it. I actually liked the Green Giant Create a Meal by itself better before I added the extra ingredients. If you enjoy thai entrees with peanut butter in them, you should try it but it just wasn''t for me. Also, it''s not very spicy.
