Ingredients

cup stir-fry sauce

teaspoons chili garlic paste

tablespoons vegetable oil
6
cups fresh green beans, trimmed
1
teaspoon sesame seed

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, mix stir-fry sauce and chili garlic paste; set aside.
  2. 2 In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until very hot. Add green beans. Toss in hot oil and cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring every minute, until bright green and crisp-tender (mixture may spatter during cooking). Beans will sizzle, blister and brown in spots. Remove from heat.
  3. 3 Remove beans from skillet with slotted spoon; add to sauce mixture and toss to coat. Place in serving bowl; sprinkle with sesame seed.
