In 10-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot. Cook onion and carrots in oil 3 to 5 minutes or until softened. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and pepper flakes. Pour cooking sauce over all. Cover and steam 10 minutes, adding frozen shrimp last 3 minutes. Top with olives.
Serve sauce with shrimp. Sauce is also great over rice.
