Spicy Sausage and Peppers Rigatoni

Ingredients

oz. uncooked rigatoni (pasta tubes with ridges)

hot Italian turkey sausage links, sliced
1/2
cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2
cup chopped green bell pepper
1
cup low-fat chunky spaghetti sauce
2
tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Cook rigatoni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in medium nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat for 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain.
  3. 3 Add bell peppers; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until bell peppers are tender.
  4. 4 Stir in spaghetti sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Serve sausage mixture over rigatoni. Sprinkle with cheese.
