Ingredients

2: cans (16 oz each) baked beans

1 1/2: cups Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky Salsa

1: tablespoon lime juice

1: cup crushed tortilla chips

1: cup shredded hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)

2: tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

1 Heat oven to 375°F. In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish or pan, combine beans, salsa and lime juice; mix well. Sprinkle with tortilla chips.
2 Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.

This is a must-have recipe for tailgaters. It's one of those never fail recipes that all guys need to memorize.

I first tried this recipe in the issue it debut in, I dont know how many years ago. It is so easy to make! In my house, they like it very spicy and I can adjust the spicy with the type of salsa I use. The taste is great. This recipe is a must have for tailgating, picnics and potlucks.
