I just didn''t like this at all. And it tasted more like an east Indian dish than a Caribbean one. I think the recipe had potential if it was split into two different recipes. It seems like the contestant was trying to blend together two different tastes, both Caribbean and Indian, and the two flavors just did not blend well.
