I've been making this recipe for years, it's always a hit. Now I make it and bring it camping. After a long day of traveling and then setting up camp, who wants to cook. The chicken is delicious cold and hits the spot.

Really Really Yummy! Taste better than KFC! I add couple dashes of hot pepper sauce to spice things up a bit.

I made this recipe a couple of times and the flavor is great. It was easy to do and it was very flavorful. I''m experimenting with other additives (the taco seasoning) but haven''t found one that is as good.

I made this recipe the first time for company, it turned out great, and I would definately make it again. It was moist, tender, and the flavor went all the way through. After searching 4 stores, I could not find bread crumbs containing parmasean cheese, so I added 1/3 cup of my own.

I first made this recipe about a year or so ago..... I couldn''t believe what a hit it was to my family. My 16 year old daughter makes a special request for it. It is sooooo easy and soooooo delicious. It gives new meaning to baked chicken. And it is yummy on the rebound, too (a/k/a leftovers.)
