Ingredients

fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced

teaspoon finely chopped crystallized ginger
1/4
teaspoon coriander or nutmeg

tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

  1. 1 In 8-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add peaches, ginger and coriander; stir gently to mix. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until peaches begin to soften and release juice, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2 Stir in brown sugar. Cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Serve as an accompaniment to ham, chicken or pork.
