Delicious! As others have pointed out though, I just wish there was MORE of it! Now that I know it's good, I'll make more of it and freeze it since it freezes well!
@ sarah1973, water would just dilute it. Use vegetable broth or turkey broth instead.

I agree with Paula. Make the full recipe (also on this site) and freeze the extras for another day. Why spend all this time on such a small amount of soup, especially when you're going to end up with 3/4 of a box of broth leftover?

I haven't yet tried this recipe, but 8.25 hours for 3 1/2 cups of soup??? Yikes! I would certainly make more if I use a slow cooker for that amount of time...what is the point of that much energy used?
