This was incredibly easy to make and super delicious. My boyfriend loves Italian food, but has a tendency to be really picky about what he eats. I think this may be one of his favorites so far. 5 Stars!

This was really a great recipe made easier by layering uncooked frozen ravioli, the sauce, thawed frozen spinach and the cheese. The ravioli is already cooked, just needs to be heated - much quicker to assemble.

*Super easy* and really tasty! I used cheese-filled tortellini instead of ravioli. Next time I think I'll add some zucchini to get some much-needed veggies. :)
