Good recipe, we just remake it a bit for my family's tastes and to be a bit healthier. We use wheat tortillas, shred the chicken, use reduced fat either cheddar/Jack, 4 cheese Mexican blend, or pepper Jack with cheddar cheese. Lastly, we are not fans of corn or black beans, so pinto beans and frozen green beans work just as well & are on hand here.

Excellent recipe! I've been making this for years for family and friends, and everyone loves it. I'd recommend using a 9x13 pan to fit all the ingredients.

This recipe was super easy to make and really inexpensive. My extremely picky 4 year old niece loved it and asked for seconds. I will for sure be making this again. However I did make one change to it, I used 1lb of ground beef instead of chicken because I had I in the house. Tastes great!

This is one of my favorite recipes to make when I am craving mexican food! You can make it spicier if you like too. My husband even likes this dish! It cooks great in my round deep stone too!

This is one of my favorite recipes! I use canned chicken when I am really in a hurry, it still turns out great! I also substitute brown rice for the white to make it a little healthier. :o)

This is a wonderful dish, alot of the ingredients are those you have on hand. I didn''t add the rice, and substituted regular corn for the shoe peg. Flavor was great and it made a great presentation.
