Excellent quick meal! I changed it up a little to use what I had on hand. Instead of the soup I used a can of Cream of Chicken soup and a 12-oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables. And instead of the diced tomatoes I used a can of stewed tomatoes (which we prefer anyways). But I think it could be made as listed and be just as good.

It was a good casserole, but if they were going for Southwestern it needed more spice. I thought I had the seasoned potato nuggets but when I went to grab them, they were the seasoned fries. It wasn't as pretty, but it worked.

Really good kids and adults enoyed, I skipped the cumin and just added salt, pepper, chili powder, onion powder and garlic powder to the turkey. I am glad I decided to do that and next time I will season a little more too.

This is very easy to make, however, it is so bland. One of my daughter's friends was over for and asked her to rate it and she said a 5 out of 10. I think she was being nice. At least it was eatable. I called a neighbor and told her of the dish and she said she never turned down free food. I have shared before but this is the first time she did not say something was good. I would not make this again!

Super Yummy! My family loved this. I could not find the Progressive soup it called for so I used cream of mushroom and it turned out really great.
