can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ vegetarian refried beans

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

can (11 oz) Green Giant™ SteamCrisp® Mexicorn® whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained

container (8 oz) sour cream (about 1 cup)

package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix

cup shredded taco-seasoned cheese (2 oz)

Directions

  1. 1 In bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie pan, spread refried beans. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of the cilantro over beans. Spoon corn evenly over cilantro.
  2. 2 In small bowl, mix sour cream and taco seasoning mix; spread over corn. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining 1 tablespoon cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
