Ingredients

cups chopped cooked chicken breast

medium red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1
can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
1
jar (12 oz) chicken gravy
1
box (9 oz) Green Giant™ Niblets® frozen corn, thawed
1
can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated corn biscuits
Chopped fresh cilantro, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch square baking dish with shortening or cooking spray.
  2. 2 In large bowl, mix chicken, bell pepper, black beans, gravy and corn; mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. 3 Bake chicken mixture and biscuits about 15 minutes or until filling is bubbly and biscuits are baked through. Top chicken mixture with biscuits to serve. Garnish with cilantro.
