I loved this one. Used ground turkey instead of beef- it was delicious and satisfying, really yummy.

We tried this last night. I was out of rotini, but shells worked as well. I also added to it. Three cloves of chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, a small can of sliced black olives. I would have spiced it up more, too, but my wife doesn't like spicy food (which sometimes makes it hard for me to cook for her).

This is an excellent quick dinner idea! My family really likes this dish! We like to keep things low carb so I use whole wheat rotini noodles and ground turkey.

This recipe caught my eye right away - since it is one skillet and "family friendly". As usual, I changed it slightly, I added: one large diced sweet onion, one red and one yellow diced sweet peppers, one small can of mild green chilies, one tablespoon of sweet paprika, and doubled the amount of corn. I served it with jalapeño corn bread. We ALL loved it and best of all, I double the recipe - so we have it for another meal. Thanks Pillsbury!!
