Southwestern Caesar Salad with Chicken

Convenient bagged salad greens and frozen cooked chicken are topped with a taco-seasoned dressing.

cup purchased Caesar salad dressing

teaspoons Old El Paso® Taco Seasoning Mix (from 1-oz. pkg.)

Salad

(10-oz.) pkg. chopped romaine lettuce
1/2
cup croutons

oz. (1/4 cup) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

(9-oz.) pkg. frozen cooked chicken breast strips, thawed
  • 1 In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; mix well.
  • 2 In large bowl, combine lettuce, croutons and cheese; toss to mix. Add dressing; mix well.
  • 3 Divide lettuce mixture evenly onto salad plates. Arrange chicken evenly over lettuce mixture. If desired, top each salad with additional shredded Parmesan cheese.
