Ingredients

1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crusty French Loaf (1 can) 11 oz
1 1/3
Cups Turkey, Cut into 1/2 Cubes
3/4
Cup Chunky Salsa Verde, Medium Heat
1
Cup Washed, Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms, Coarsely Chopped
1
Cup Shredded Mexican Four Cheese Blend

  • 1 Heat oven to 375 F. Lightly spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll bread dough on cookie sheet.
  • 2 In bowl, mix together cubed turkey, salsa verde and the chopped mushrooms.
  • 3 Spread turkey mixture lengthwise in a 5 inch wide strip down the center of the bread dough, leaving a 1 inch edges at each short end of the bread dough.
  • 4 Top with Mexican Four Cheese Blend, evenly over filling.
  • 5 Fold long sides over filling, pinch edges in center together to seal. Fold ends under 1 inch, seal.
  • 6 Cut several slits in top of dough to allow steam to escape. Bake 25-30 minutes.
  • 7 Cut into slices crosswise. A bread knife works best.
