This recipe is pretty good. I think it has too much corn in it. If I make it again, I will cut the corn in half.

I'm not fond of the southwest taste, but this was very good and even the family members that like the southwest flavors enjoyed it. We will make it again. Nice to be able to add more spice even at the table. Ate it with totilla chips.
